Just want to say thanks to Heidi!

Shipping was taking a little long for my center caps, so Heidi sent me them with free shipping. A few days later a complementary hood emblum came in the mail as well! Thank-you very much...it looks great!

Well, this is no surprise to those of us who know Heidi and the fantastic care BT gives to their customers!

I'll post some pics once I replace the rotors and pads and finally get my 20" vipers on. I spent 6 hours the other day cleaning the interior and claying / waxing the exterior....Canadian winters...go figure.

Definitely get some pics up soon, and I have to agree with BT's service. I stopped there a couple weeks ago, and you would swear I had been in business with them for years.

thanks for the kind post. Sorry it has taken me this long to come here and see it too. Most of us have been sick here the past 2 weeks with flu.

I believe very stongly in taking care of the customer. We are aware that folks have waited on several items over the past month or so as we have faced shortage of stock. We are not interested in having you as a customer for one time, we are interested in you long after your 300 is gone, in hopes that we may be able to help you with something further down the road.
