Looking to replace all of my engine bay hoses

I'm looking to upgrade all of my engine hoses, and I know I've seen some really nice engine bays out there. Anybody by chance know what the sizes of all the engine hoses are? Looking for lengths and widths. I'll probably end up pulling them all and measuring, but I figured I'd ask in case somebody has already done this.

Think I'm going to go with blue anodized fittings to match my BT stuff - just can't decide if I'm going to go stainless/black/or maybe even blue braided lines.

Feel free to post your pics of your braided hoses/fittings - I like ideas

And aside from the sizes, any recommended vendors would be appreciated too. Thanks!

I have wondered the same thing before too, I would be interested in what people have to say. I'd like to go satin fittings and black hoses.

Now I have found that speedlogix sells a kit. Although I think I can buy all of the parts individually and do it myself cheaper.

Think my plan is to go with stainless steel braiding (my engine is all black and blue, so I figured some stainless would add some contrast), and blue fittings. I already have black braided lines and blue fittings from BT on my catch can, so those will probably go to the F/S threads if someone is looking for those when I get around to the swap.

So two catch can lines and two coolant reservoir lines for sure. And my next decision is for the breather hose and radiator hose. For the radiator, I just got a Killer Glass tube and have a blue BT water neck on order, so I'll probably run some short but thick stainless braiding from the water neck to the KG, then another short one from the KG to the radiator. This one is going to be the biggest challenge.

As far as the breather line, I guess it's time to decide if I'm going to keep it a hose to the CAI or add a little breather filter as I've seen many of you do. Can someone tell me what the advantages/disadvantages of that is? And if you have gotten rid of that hose, what do you do to the CAI side? - add another little filter or just cap it off?

Just looked at my hoses and they don't have any markings. So are hoses measured by inside diameter or outside diameter or what?

Just got done playing with my Killer Glass.

So I know the hose on the water neck side is 1.75" ID and the radiator side is 1.5" ID - does anybody know where I can find just a few inches of stainless steel braiding in those sizes??

I bought all my SS hoses from here -8 AN Braided Stainless Steel Fuel Line Hose 1500 PSI | eBay
I ordered 1 ft of the -6an, -8an, and -10an to test fit since they have free shipping.

Since Speedlogic offers -10an clamps for catch cans and -6an clamps for coolant tank lines, that tells me that those should be the sizes of hoses for those things.

Can't help with the sleeve's for the killer glass.

I found all mine on ebay.
