They don't look too bad when you factor in the cost of a big brake kit and why the stock caliper needs some help in the first place after replacing OEM rims with a more open look rim.

But it looks too much like you are being cheap and not buying the real set up IMO. A well painted OEM caliper would look better to me. Not that these look bad at all. Could be a great inexpensive option for some with the right wheels.

Worth the consideration. Now where is that 1/2 price deal on a big brake kit when you need one?

I like the red

Nice complement to my Brilliant black beauty.

If they had MOPAR blue that would be even better.

As for looks, since the majority of people who will ogle your car are "not in the know" it won't really make a difference IMO.

My first reaction to this product is one of CAUTION.

Our cars are big, heavy and have fantastic brakes. The 300C has large rotors and uses ceramic pads. As a result, all that stopping energy is converted into heat. Lots of it. Any material covering the calipers presents 2 potential problems:
  1. interference with cooling
  2. possible meltdown causing jamming of calipers
Painting has always worked well and is a fraction of the cost of this product.

Paint works just fine, $10 and a half a saturday with a case of beer and you have fancy calipers.......
i think the carbon fiber looks cheesy myself, still looking into caliper decals that work with the crazy heat 22" rims can make

That's a lot of potatoes for 4 pieces of tin!! And the heat issues would worry me. Besides, I thought the front undersides of our cars were shaped to allow air flow around the brakes for that very reason. Not ducted, but directed.

instead of brake shields I found that for brake dust wheelshield a product that sprays on , and lasts a year . Most dust is repelled , the rest wipes off with a damp cloth . We use it , and the wheels always look shined , and are protected . it's at pitstopinternational.com

I dig the carbon fiber ones. They'd have to cut the price in less than half so it would be realistic.
how to they stay on?
