Why is the bolt pattern 5x4.50 which is 5x114.3 instead of 5x115 and the hub 72.64 (2.86") instead of 71.5?

The 5x4.50 is probably a rounding error, combined with an extra significant digit that should really be "3" instead of "0".

The hub measurement is for the wider part of the LX hub that centers the rotor, not the narrower part that extends through the rotor and engages the wheel centerbore.
