They sound like idoits - the max Speed Limit in the US is no longer limited to 55mph!

Do you still have the factory rims and tires or aftermarkets?

Is this the same dealer you were raving about earlier? Like E55 KEV says, they sound like idiots. Who would only balance their wheels to 35 mph these days anyway. You need to tell us more about your wheels, like are they OEM? Also maybe bedding your brakes would help. There may be uneven deposits of pad material on your rotors making it seem like their warped.

And stop shouting, we know you're mad.

Next write up ALL your complaints and make sure they document them exactly(as you wrote them) on your service order.

Then call Chrysler consumer help desk and file a complaint about your dealer that you are NOT satisfied with--obtain a file number from Chrysler and ask them to pass it to the zone rep.

What IS happening here is: Documentation for a NEW replacement or your $$$ returned!---SEE Lemon Laws for your State. Also see my post under problems/dealer complaints.

Bottom line is: ALL manufacturers WILL honor their claims of Quality and warranty or will LOSE their bread and butter(customers) in DROVES.

As Rambit stated: Don't get MAD---Get what you PAID for! "WE" ALL need Quality products, NOT weightless words!
THANK YOU FOR THE INFO AND YOUR TIME
YES THEY ARE FIVE STAR I WILL START WRITING EVERYTHING DOWN TODAY
DID YOU MEAN FOR THE SERVICE GUY TO COPY THIS TO THE WORK ORDER??

Always try to never lose your cool, but calmly inform whoever is the service manager that there is a file started on your vin# at Chrysler.

YOU are the customer that purchased that product in GOOD Faith with expectations of a Quality Vehicle. It is Chyrsler's and your dealer's responsibility(SEE Lemon Laws for your State and Federal) to do everything possible to maintain your TRUST in the product and services per written agreement(WARRANTY) and to establish LONG term customer relationships(common sense business practices).

If ALL manufacturers and selling dealerships would have strived for that years ago?? There would be NO need at all for Lemon Laws and Law suits!

Also ask your dealer to check with Chrysler on IF?? those disks/rotors were yard aged(physically outside for two years) or rapid chemically aged?? Ford had similar problems with rotor warping.
thank you so much.
i started writing down everything and i had the service manager put it on the work order.
