Talking frt vibration gone!!!!

i went to get my car back last night.
oh! back in business,,, the service manager said the tech
took almost all day balancing them. but first he went out and drove it.
he felt the washing mechain effect i was talking about, so he rotated the tires on the wheel until he got a spot were it took less oz.
they also said if it comes back i would have to take it to a shop that has
a road force balancing mechaine.
most likely the tires are what the problem is, warranty direct with goodyear not chrysler????? sounds like a load of
hope it dosen't come back.

How many clicks (km's or miles) do you have on the vehicle?
To say that it is covered by Goodyear and not Chrysler cannot be true...

Sometimes the tires can be the problem and no amount of roadforce balancing will make the vehical roll legit, if this is the case and the roadforce machine asks' for excessive poundage then you have a trite reason to hit up the Goodyear or any other tire manufacturer, for bad tires. Flat spots i.e. "car sat to long" (cusumer fault), seperations (tire manufacturer fault), excessive roadforce (tire manufacturer fault) lack of rotations (consumer fault) are just some of the circumstances consumers face everyday. Any questions on tires and warranties road hazard/balance/manf warranties etc. feel free to ask.
