Brke shuddering

I have gotten the new hubs, rotrs, & pads, driven less than 1,000 miles and now I'm getting the vibration again at highway speeds. Called the dealer back. Now I'm waiting to hear from the regional rep. My rotors seem to warping again when hot. I see a 1/2 inck blue ring on the rotor. This indicates the rotor is at high temps. I will try the bedding that was suggested. What do I have to lose?

James, try seasoning rotors and bedding the pads. There's a writeup here on how to do that.

One cause of rotor warpage, besides high heat, is improper wheel torque. You might want to check that your wheels are fastened to the correct torque.

Since you have a 1/2" blue circle, which is smaller than to total face of the pad, I wonder if one of the brakes is dragging the pads on that rotor, a pad is misaligned within the caliper, a slide pin is stuck or the caliper itself isn't properly in place.

PM me if you want the write up on the rotor seasoning and pad bedding. I'm sure I have one around here somewheres...
