I have just booked my 07 300C to have healthy horsepower upgrade, I'm looking into the suspension and was wondering what brake options there are, I don't want to pay a huge premium for the SRT8 Brembo's, I'm looking for as a big for my bang for bucks.
There a precious few options, and if any are cheaper than the factory Brembos, I would be very nervous.
Brake systems need to be carefully engineered. Just slapping on some big rotors and calipers can leave you stopping slower than before.
In case you are not already aware, big brakes are not to make you stop quicker. If your ABS can engage, then your tires determine the distance of a single stop, not your brakes. Big brakes only help on repeated stops where smaller brakes will heat up.
A mismatched BBK will actually cause you to have longer single-stop distances.

How much would a factory Brembo swap run? If you couldn't find one used or in the boneyard, you might take a look at TCE.
TCE makes reasonably priced kits with Wilwood parts. Wilwood does not have the name recognition of Brembo, but they are quality products, and replacement parts are much less than aftermarket Brembos (stock DC Brembo parts would still be cheaper, I'm sure).

You can grab a Brembo Gran Turismo big brake kit, which is larger than the SRT8 Brembo kit, for about the same price. Purchasing an OEM kit from Chrysler will be quite expensive. You're looking at just under 3k for a complete front kit that will bolt right inn.

Its still going to be expensive, the Wilwoods look great and for the price of the front Brembo's I can have front and rears.

Absolutely true, but I believe it's not only about price.
I myself, given Brembo's track record, would rather have a front Brembo kit and save for a rear then have a Wilwood kit in the front and rear. After all, there's a reason the SRT group decided to use Brembo braking systems stock, as well as STi's, Cobras, Range Rovers, F1 race cars, etc.
