300C Slotted Rotor Question

When installed properly which direction should the slots be facing on the left front wheel, like this / or like this \. I belive mine were installed wrong they are like this /.

Won't matter as the castings are not directional air flow design. Various manufactures do different slot patterns and styles for their own 'look'. You'll be fine either way.

I assume you're talking about aftermarket rotors because you have a 300C, not an SRT8.

All I can tell you is that the OEM SRT8 slotted rotors do not have a left and right rotor, meaning one would go one way and the opposite side the other way.

I guess it depends on whether the aftermarket rotors did come in left and right specific rotors. If it's any consolation to you, DaveZ says his wife's Corvette didn't come with left and right rotors.

Check both sides and see if one goes one way and the other side is backwards.

Todd is correct. The 300C (and even the 300C SRT8) does not have directional internal cooling vanes. So the direction of the external slots does not matter. This article may make things more clear: How to properly install plain, slotted, or drilled brake rotors
