Total amt. of brake fluid in the system?

I'm thinking of replacing my brake fluid with the spiffy Motul 660 to help limit brake fade at the track. My question is...how much fluid does the system actually hold? At $30/bottle I don't want to buy multiple bottles and have most of them sitting on the shelf if I can avoid it

Thanks!

Steve

Wow, $30 for 500ml (about 16oz). I can see why you need to know how much it will take. There is a Wikipedia article that says the average system contains about 250ml. On a couple of forums I read people who have actually replaced their fluid say they used anywhere from 32oz to 2 liters. Of course, this was NOT on a 300 SRT-8. I'll bet that two 500ml containers will do the job.

Fluid

I just replaced mine (at 77,000 miles) with Motul 600 at $15 a pint. I bought 4 and only need 2.
