Fair enough, I agree about the 'fake' bit's I would never try to make the carlook like an SRT for that sake, I have boosted power to 435bhp and wanted to upgrade the brakes, there is a massive difference between the prive of these and a set of Brembos/Willwoods...all the same I ended up buying front and back Brembos.

I did a bit of searching and they do have a good reputation in ricer circles, but I got a set of four brand new Brembo calipers for less than $500, fom a guy who did not really know what he had!

For one, I have a 300 Touring - and I agree. Making parts "look" like they are more expensive only fools yourself. I have thought of painting my calipers red for the effect, but cannot get over the "poser-ish" feeling I get. I have a sporty 300 for sure, but no SRT.

Any company that insists you fabricate your own brackets is a no-go in my book. That way, if something fails and you crash and cause 15 people to loose their lives - they can't be held liable.

During my time owning BMW 7 series we used to retro fit 4 pot (and very occasionaly 6 pot calipers from anything vaguely similar, sometimes the gamble paid off (such as Porsche) with a successful install and sometimes (jaguar) not however if you find a shop to make up the mountings then these should be more than man for the job.
However a bit of research on the mounting hole pitch may open up a shed load of new supply sources.

Hey wildmark, that's an awesome price for the calipers. Nice find.

I'm just curious though if you knew you need new knuckles to fit those. The SRT-8 calipers aren't a direct swap to the C's.

Maybe someone already addressed that earlier in the thread. I apologize beforehand since I skimmed through some of the posts.
