New rotors and a " hmmm" noise !!

I have 2006 300C 5.7 , after only 15000 miles suffered from the annoying steering wheel juddering upon braking. The dealer changed the warped rotors under warranty but not the pads as these were only replaced 5000 miles ago. Now no more steering wheel juddering , but a "humm" noise upon sudden braking at speeds of 80 miles or more ... any suggestions ? Which after market rotors and pads would you recommend as a replacement for OE. I want more agressive braking and a softer feeling of the brake pedal . The current feeling is a hard pedal that you have to push hard to really stop the car ..
