whining type noise after 22s!

I am getting like a whining noise when coming to a stop. I dont know how to explain it other than a whining type noise. Its only when I am coming to a complete stop or close to a complete stop.

Do I need to upgrade or what?

I would say the increased rolling mass and weight of your wheels is putting an increased strain on your brakes and suspension. You may want to look at upgrades.

What are the best upgrades that are reasonable?

Thats exactly what it feels like... like there is too much weight on the wheels for the stock brakes!

You could get a hold of DaveZ and see what he can suggest for brake upgrades - Chrysler 300C Products: StopTech big brake kits, stainless steel braided brake lines, Tires.

Just thought I'd mention you can upgrade your Touring brakes to the 300C brakes as a reasonable low cost alternative without going the big brake kit route. Again, see DaveZ!
