My Brake Upgrade (56k go make a sandwich)

Hey all..

Just wanted to shoot some pics of the new rotors I got from www.rotorsport.ca

Cross-drill & Slotted, made by a friend of mine. I got rotors for my truck from this guy too.

Very pleased with the product and difference in performance. The pedal definately feels different than stock and seems to stop more responsively than before.

Here are some before pics:

Here are some after pics:

All in all... the install was *very* easy for those of you who might be hesitant about doing a brake job on your driveway. Took me about an hour to do all the brakes.

The rotors themselves I got for $700CDN, but when I spoke to Eric @ Rotorsport he told me that if any of you are interested and would possibly get a group of 5 or more together he could drop the price to about $650CDN or even less.

If anyone wants my OEM rotors let me know... they just need to be machined (my 300 has 38,000k on it). PM or email me if interested.

Any of you who are interested you can go to his website and give him a call.

Hope this helps,

Nick

Caliper Paint

Now you need to throw some paint on those calipers and you'll be set! Nice pics, thanks!

Would you be interesting in documenting the upgrade process for a FAQ? I know it would help a bunch of us in regards to changing pads, rotors, and painting Calipers.

Those look great

re:

I could take a few more pics if/when I decide to get some caliper paint.

I'll keep you posted.
