Got ripped off by Forum member (moved)

I will just say John from Fl.I bought 4 srt8 wheels for 1400.00 + shipping.He was paranoid even though I own the busiest Vette,Hemi,Mustang shop in AZ.
He was to send the 2 wheels I needed that weekend.
Well he sent 1!!! and COD'D me 1000.00.Its been months,he wont respond to PM,E-Mail or phone.I'm not looking to flame him unless I have to.
I'm ready to go to FL. and get them,then sue him for my costs,my brother is liscensed in FL. to practice law.I have asked him not to get involved,how ever you guys be warned.
All my buddies told me I should of not accepted the 1 wheel for 1k,but I shook hands on the phone so I figured he wanted to cover his butt and not get ripped off.
So sorry for being long winded,What would you guys do I'm just not a trouble maker,I just want what I paid for,Davidmax

Sorry to hear about your dealings with this member. Eventually I would imagine this thread will be moved to the Buyer / Seller / Vender Review forum HERE.
