Warning!!!! Ppp Will Rip You Off!!!!!!!

WARING!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH PPP UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A FOOL AND RIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is now official. These guys are a joke. I’ve paid months in advance and I’ve gotten nothing but lies. I don’t even know where to start. Should I start that they shipped my motor and forgot to ship the injectors, that they said they had my tq converter, half shafts and diff at their shop ready to ship when the motor arrived. But then the decided to drop ship the tq. Converter from precision industries without letting me know, and now stating that they also shipped my half shafts and diff from P.I. as well???? Hmmmmmm Packing slip says 1 of 1 at 34 lbs. No other tracking numbers provided by PPP. They do not return any of our calls and to date I’m out injectors, quiffe diff, and 1000hp half shafts!! I am sooooooooo pissed! they did apologize for the mistakes and said they would ship the injectors over night,,,,,,,,, that was last week! And they said they would look into the diff and half shafts and ship them out over night as well, that is “if they haven’t already shipped the” well from where I’m sitting it would appear you did not ship them and unless you can prove otherwise you did not ship them!!!!!!!

WHAT A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

huh? thats sucks to hear ive heard guys say there a great company to work with hopefully you get everything sorted out i know a couple of guys that have used them in the canadian lx forums and said there great. goodluck hopefully everything gets taken care of!

I assume you used a CC. Call your CC company, disbute the charges and have them reverse them. Pretty easy, then PPP will be required to show your CC company they did ship the parts you paid for.

im to this point with 402 motoring company. took my money almost a month ago, asked lots of questions. not a single response as of yet. pulling my money back monday.

I tried to order some small items from PPP...however they never answered once over a fortnight and didnt even bother to respond to any of the emails i sent.

Guess their customer service really sucks. A simple message on their answering machine or a reply email saying something like 'sorry we are shorthanded atm..will get back to you asap!' or something to that regard is obviously too hard for them to manage.

I have heard a lot of good things about them on this and other forums...however it seems lately there are problems arising.

We have no idea who you are. I've never been pm'd or emailed, or even a phone call about a pending order. We also do not charge anyones card unless we have your permission to do so or if we are shipping or ifs a special order item. Going back to PPP, I've found at times they've been so busy it's been a bit tough to get in contact, but they have always treated me well.

These things are usually a moment of misunderstanding that without communication turn quickly in to a pile of frustration, when the vendor is oblivious to the customer's pain. Make sure you communicate clearly and if you're not sure, get them to repeat back to you what's being done, so you know, you're on the same page.

wow, i am surprised to read his. i have had nothing but great talks with them. i never did buy from them. i ended up with FRI heads and cam. kooks and n20 from tbyrne. jeremy and andy are great guys, maybe this one just fell thru the cracks. i just emailed andy re: 426. i'll let ya know if i hear from him. good luck. i'm sure i will work out.
