I purchased chrome LED tail lights from the ebay vendor zomkspeed. First the lights took too long to get to me. Then when I finally got them, one of the lights was broken. After having trouble with shipping the item back, both from zomkspeed and UPS, they tell me they can't even send me replacement lights because now they are out of them. WHY WOULDN'T YOU HOLD A SET OF LIGHTS FOR ME WHEN YOU KNEW I WAS EXCHANGING MINE!
I figured powerseller, with pretty good feedback was a safe way to go. Apparently not. Now I'm waiting for payment to be returned.
EDIT: arrangements have been made to have some shipped. suddenly they have them in stock again. will update when the lights arrive.
