Extended Warranty - Who to Choose?

I am looking to purchase an extended warranty for my 2007 Chrysler 300 Touring. Does anyone have feedback (good or bad) on the extended warranties they have purchased?

The few places I have found are.
chryslerwarrantys.com - about $100 cheaper then the dealership offer
genuinechryslerwarranty.com - too expensive
extended-warranty-pro.com
warrantydirect.com - too expensive

Can anyone recommend a good service provider without loopholes in coverage?

I bought the Max Care extended warranty from a dealer in another state over the phone for $1350. He said he charged me $150 over his cost.
Dealers in my area were all way too expensive. So I called a small dealer off the beaten track in a small town in Alabama.
