He told me that fedex returned my order to him for some reason unknown. He explained he tried to notify by email but seems none of his emails are coming through to my email even though he receives mine ok. This maybe because of my email protection.

I let Will know that I had disputed the charge to my card and while speaking with him let him know that I still wanted a woodkit and that I heard good things about edashkit.com, which is why I ordered from them.

So, I gave Will a second chance to fix the problem. He sent me my order Fedex 2 day and gave me a tracking number. I received the kit today and everything looks like it is there. Now I just need to do the install.

I was willing to give edashkit.com a second chance because if they didn't come through I would let the dispute finish so I know I wouldn't lose my money. I'm still mixed feelings on the vendor so my suggestion would be if you decide to order from them just use your credit card...
Have you checked your junk mail folders or Norton Anti Spam folders if you use that program? It's amazing how many real e-mails find their way in those folders. I always check them just in case. That's where all my calendar photo contest pics were.

Hey man, since you had a bad experience I'll hook you up with a dash kit at my dealer cost (cheap). Hit me up if you are interested.

E-Dashkit are an actual manufacturer and offer a lower price directly than most of their resellers, such as NYC Dash.
