Worst Customer Service Ever (Moved; Merged)

I just want to let you guys know about the service i received and this is the e-mail i sent them and i can see now that i am not the only with a complaint.

Attn: Justin, Steve and Richard,

I am very dissapointed in the customer service that I have received from your company. Before I had my lights removed and shipped to you guys I spoke with both of you and you told me that the turn around time would be 3-4 days. I am going on week 3 and I still have not got one phone call or e-mail in regards to my lights. I had the body shop remove my lights and I told them that the lights would be back within one week. They have been charging me $25.00 per day for storage so you can imagine how inconvienient this has been and how much it's costing me. After a week of making phone calls to you guys, I finally get a tracking number that I find out does not exist. This has been the worst expierience I've ever had with any vendor. I will be posting my expierience on the forums to let them know aout the bad service I have received and I will not consider doing business with your company again unless something is done to convince me otherwise.

Thanks for the heads up.
Have you posted this on the other forums?
There is no excuse for that kind of service!

No response to my recent email and PM price inquiries. I don't believe in begging people to take my money though so whatever.

I've got to say... I caught them on a bad week and I was a little unhappy with how long it took to get my lights. When I did get them, I thought the quality of the install was a few notches below what I expected... but then I turned them on and I didn't care any more.

Now I have one fogged up, looks like some bad silicone, which you can't blame on them. Justin has offered to fix them, but I'm going to attempt to fix myself. He's been in constant contact with me throughout and is a great guy. When I was attempting the self install he even gave me his cell and talked to me on a saturday and sunday to walk me through it. I got them done, but I didn't feel confident about them so I bought a new set and sent them his way.

Give him a chance, he should be able to make everything right for you.

I think they messed up on there part by saying it would be 3-4 days turn around time.. Justin always came thru for me, it's just that the only bad thing they need to work on, is just answering the phone
You'll be happy bro, when the Halos light up, so will your smile!! It's going to look sick! Give them a chance (I know there hella swammped right now). When there all done, both of our SRT's will come out bangin'...

Mao, I enjoyed speaking to you earlier and just wanted to post here to let everyone know we have been made aware of this and spoke with DVS300C already regarding this and have reached an understanding.

Just to let everyone know we are busy right now and our turnaround has increased a bit. I think its also fair to mention that there was additional custom painting requested by this customer for parts we usually do not do that added to the timeframe.

Right now we are running ads on several websites and in DUB so the people we have available to answer the phones are usually tied up with other customers. If you get our voicemail LEAVE A MESSAGE or we will not be able to return your call. If there is no answer its not because we are ignoring the phones but usually talking to other customers.

We have hired additional staff to compansate for the surge in sales and we are , as many of you already know, moving into a facility 3 times the size of our currect one in order to keep up with these projects in a timely manner. Feel free to call

Thank you.
