I checked it out and it seems lately he's been getting a lot of complaints about really slow shipping and/or product wasn't never sent..

Yes I bought a product, paid and never got it. tried to contact him ever since and never heard back. So I gave him bad feedback. He then replies to feedback but makes no attempt to return my messages.
