Exclamation A reminder about this forum's rules:

Quote:
IMPORTANT:
Read these review rules prior to posting.

This section is for reviews, be they positive or negative.
However, this section is NOT for flaming or a free-for-all pile on of negative reviews OR replies from uninvolved parties.
  1. If you are considering a complaint about an unresolved purchase issue, please do NOT post a knee-jerk thread out of anger or impatience. Make certain you have explored reasonable attempts to make contact and resolve the problem(s) BEFORE posting, which includes giving reasonable time for the other party to reply to you.
  2. If you cannot state your case in a calm and professional manner, it will likely be deleted.
  3. To be fair, please follow up with a conclusion post: Was your problem resolved? Are you satisfied with the solution?
Be fair and respectful and your words will carry much more weight!
To put it more plainly, if you're involved, stay on topic...
If you're NOT involved, stay out of it.

This section can be very useful to all members but ONLY if used for the right reasons and in the right way.
The involved parties are in now discussions, so as a Moderator has already cautioned once, let them do their thing and wait for Beast 2 to finalize his thread so we don't end up having to close it.

Thank you

Yes I own a HEMI related business, but we are not direct competitors, you sell bolt on's and I sell hardcore race parts.

If you want to show the public this issue was resolved, post the tracking numbers for everyone to see. I can also post the numerous emails I sent about this and we'll see who's innacurate and who is not.
48 jets for a nitrous kit? Are you snorting coke? You need 2 jets, one for the nitrous solenoid line and one for the fuel solenoid line.

Here's your coke...

16 jets per HP level, kits come with 3 HP levels, that equals 48 jets.

This thread is about a vendor dispute and is awaiting a final resolution post.
Start a new thread if you'd like, but let's keep this one on topic.

Thank you-

We've sent everything we've been requested to send. This issue should be closed. I believe that "THE HEMI SHOP" should be satisfied by now. Re-iterating, Stripper has bent over backward to make satisfy our customer, even before these threads.

I hope everyone can understand that business deals can sometimes go awry, especially when it is not in writing.

Thanks BEAST2, for your patience.

Steve-
I think announcing resolution is a little premature. I did get the jets and fuel pressure safety switch, and they said they shipped the TB but it has not arrived yet.

If you HAD bent over backwards to take care of me, I would have had these parts about 9-10 MONTHS ago and there would have been no reason for these threads right?
