As I was searching for mods, I always wondered why more people didn't use this section of the forum (Buyer / Seller / Vendor Review) to help everyone after them make a decision as to where to buy their stuff, so I figured I'd do my part and hopefully the trend will catch on...

Review of Stripper Motorsports:

Products ordered:
KW v2 coilover kit
Hotchkis sway bars

Pros:
1. Price matching (and they'll typically beat the price by a few dollars)
2. Flat rate UPS Ground shipping for $7. It doesn't matter how much you buy and/or how much it weighs!! BIG TIME SAVINGS!!!

Cons:
1. Poor communication. I had to call repeatedly to get a tracking number.
2. I told them I would only order the products if both were in stock and ready to ship. I was informed this was the case and both were ready to ship the next day. A package left the building 2 days later (no big deal) but when it arrived it was only the KWs and no sway bars.
3. I called them back to find out what happend to the sway bars and they told me they shipped in a separate shipment but they didn't have the tracking number off hand and would call me back. Next day I called them back asking for the tracking number and then they inform me the sways never shipped but would ship them out that day. A few hours later they called me to tell me they didn't have them in stock and they called their Hotchkis sales rep to get some more but couldn't. Looooong story short, no sway bars. They promptly refunded the money to my credit card and apologized for the mishap.
4. I still don't have an actual invoice showing I bought anything from them. At times I felt like someone had simply written my order on the back of a napkin and ran my CC. In fairness, I have yet to call requesting an invoice (I just assumed one would be w/ the package and/or emailed to me.

Overall impression:
5.5 out of 10

Conclusion:
I will use them again only because they offer the best deals on shipping! But I will only order from them when I have the time to commit in following up w/ daily phone calls, emails, and/or PMs.

Wow...that's a great idea . Hopefully the trend will catch on . I usually make a post thanking all of the vendors I frequent (too many...according to killjoy...I mean...my darling..beautiful better half ) . O.K.....she's gone..........I will do this in the future..even though technically.....I don't NEED anything else for the car (yep...you guessed it ...SHE'S BAAAACCCCKKKKK !)
