Houston, TX - Woodlands Performance & Suspension

For folks in or around Houston, TX looking to get suspension work done at a reasonable price, look no further!

Woodlands Performance & Suspension

They're located in The Woodlands just a few miles west of I-45 on Sawdust.

Pros:
1. Extremely affordable - $495 for KW v2 install
2. Extremely knowledgable on everything from exhaust, CAI, suspensions (duh), to turbo/super-chargers (not on LX's though).
3. They take their time to do it right but realize you need/want your car back as soon as possible.
4. They met me at 8 p.m. last night (they closed at 5 and came back up to the shop) so I could drop my car off and they could start on it first thing this morning.
5. They called me to inform me of a small scratch they found inside one of the holes for the lug nuts. They just wanted to make sure I was aware of any/all problems w/ my wheels before they touched the car. They spent nearly 30 minutes looking over the car/wheels for any defects, scratches, dents/dings, etc... and called me w/ the results. Normally this would be done when the car is dropped off but it was late and mostly dark when I dropped it off.
6. They treated and worked on my car as if it was their own. They weren't satisfied until everything was PERFECT!
7. Shaun (runs the shop) told me of previous work they'd done on LXs (wheels and exhaust but admitted they'd not done suspension work on one before but assured me he knew what he was doing. At first I was skeptical, but I took my parts to the shop and he looked them over. In the next couple of days, he researched the suspension setup of the 300 and was confident there would be no problems. He impressed me enough w/ his technical lingo to allow him to proceed. When I brought the car in for the install, he told me he had called KW and spoken w/ them to find out if there was anything in particular he needed to know about the setup. When I handed over the keys, I didn't have any worries whatsoever.
8. Super friendly, courteous people!

Cons:
Um, so far I can't think of any.

Conclusion:
I HIGHLY recommed this shop for folks in the greater Houston area!!! Considering most shops I talked to either wouldn't touch a 300 or they wanted $1200-$2000 for the install. If you're looking for air rides, springs, or anything in between, give them a call!!!

p.s. My car will be posted on their website tomorrow!!! Wahooooo I'm famous. hehe

I'm heading to Baytown tomorrow. Gotta install my stealth bulbs up front Sat. morning and then its FULL DETAIL time. You put on those yellow/black/chrome wheels that TZ photoshopped and let the WPS folks take care of lowering it for you...DAMN!!!!! HOT! HOT! HOT!

WPS does some mighty fine work. They've had plenty of high end cars roll through their shop (check out the photo gallery on their site). Its run by a husband/wife team. They're founding members of the Woodlands Car Club. I told them we may have to bring some LX love some time this summer!
