I totally agree, great customer service. I ordered a color-matched rear window spoiler from them and after I installed it, I noticed some bubbling of the paint in one spot. I called them up and they had another one shipped to me a little over a week later. And, oh, by the way, "just keep the other one". So another forum member got to benefit as well.

Hmm, I ordered an srt spoiler from them over two weeks ago and still have yet to receive it. They got my ipod adapter kit to me quickly but this is taking a ridiculously long time.
