Purchased my LED Tails from K2 through Ebay.. not a problem and they shipped them pretty fast too.

I have been dealing DIRECTLY with K2 Motors, the first time my shipment went out late, without notification..and now last week i ordered my clear side markers, and I told Dominic SPECIFICALY DO NOT USE USPS, and what happens, they used USPS (I only found this out AFTER it was shipped and I ask him why this tracking # isnt working, he said they used USPS due to custom tax issues since it was light -- I DONT FREAKIN CARE if i have to pay more..i knew I would since i asked for UPS!)...... So far I am far from impressed or even satisfied from their lack of attention to service or even taking an order for that matter.. It quite disturbing that even when given exact instruction of what to do, it still messes up.. I will go to ebay next time! His solution was he will give me a discount on my next item, which was nice of him..but do you think I wanna order from him again? Maybe when I cool down..but not right now.!

Im stil waiting to see when my lights will arrive.i was promissed shiping the next day!but they did it 2 days later,even doe i talked to 3 different people and made sure before buying.These Guys are only like 25 mins away from me.It sucks to know i need to wait for a week before the lights arrive....???

hmm....guys, I had NO problems WHATSOEVER with Dominic over at K2. He said they'd be out on a date, he got them out on that date, tracking and everything.

Well...we will see what hapens,but i know that allready from begining they were not honest with me.So that should say it all....There was no need for it.
Because even if they were not able to ship it out the next day that would have been fine,but i made sure 3 times before paying for it that they will go out the next day!And not only that but i've sent a PM to K2 and no reply....I did let them know before i even purchased the lights that i was a member of 300cf.com

SERBIASRT8 ~ I do apologize about this matter not being taken care of. To be honest with you, if any forum member purchase through ebay, it is really out of my hand to control it. I am not saying that this is anyone fault but ours. If anyone need to purchased any item, please PM b4 hand, so that atleast I can make sure the order is handle by me and me only, and not let anyone drop the ball. Normally Im in and out of the office, so it will take up to 24hr for reply, but I will PM back.

I do apologize to all those forum memeber that has problem with us before, please pm me and let me know if any question that is needed b4 any purchase.

Once again,i live 25 minutes away from them,and they said the first time i talked to them that they would have to charge me an extra 70$ for the lights if i come to pick them up.And they suggested that i just have the lights shiped because they will be at my house in no time....Anyhow....i'm being told that the lights were shiped and that they are on the way,(since yesterday)which means i should have gotten them allready,unless they are taking the Afghanistan Route,and UPS is saying,NEVER RECIVED A PACKAGE FROM K2.

well Dominic,It was a pleasure doing business with you guys.
Just keep in mind,that you should give people a little more credit,and not treat them like d**** F**ks just because they are nice.I could have bought those lights from a milion other people,but i chose you,because you are a suporting vendor.

I was not aware of the fact that you are the only person at your company who is able to do things right.As you said once things are purchased thru E-bay it is out of yur hands.I allways belived in great and reliable Customer Service for everyone,at least that is how i run my business,i do not pick and chose who will get served better or worst based on where he was refered from.As i said if i would have know that you are the "only"reliable person over there i would have spoken with you only,and not with 3 different people who all sounded like they were going out of their way to make sure i'm happy(which was not the case)And one more thing,I have just seen your group buy,and still i gotta tell you that you will get a better deal on e-bay.

From this point on i do not expect anything,not even for my lights to get here because i don't care anymore.I was excited about them at one point but not anymore.For most of us forum members,adding new toys to our cars is something we are excited about.Just FYI.

As i said,i recived reliable information twice today from UPS,and once yesterday that there were no packages recived.I'am not that upset about the lights not arriving here today like they should have.I'm more upset about being lied to,all just so i buy the product right there and then,and what hapens after that.....ehhh it doesn't matter,you got your money enjoy...
