Nope, and I am not going to. If they can't get their sh!t together enough to ship out items I paid for then thats their issue. Not to be a ****, but why should I have to call? I shouldn't have to do squat after I PAY for a service.....and send email after email... It's all good, I filed a claim against them in Paypal and what do u know? the next day I get a tracking number.....so they didn't even try to send my markers out until I filed a claim.... Whatever, I won't spend another dime with them and am happy they only saw $39.00 outta the $3500.00 or so I spent that day!!
...update. So they never even shipped my items until 3 weeks after I paid, then they ship only cause I filed a claim with paypal...Now I get an email for ups stating that the seller has put a hold on my package until I pay! WTF, I paid over a month ago through paypal, and now K2MOTORS is being spiteful?! Nice business practices. This is a prime example of a crappy vendor. Buyer beware.
Awwwwwwwww yes. Just what I was looking for. I bought side markers, Halo headlights, and LED tails from K2 all with NO PROBLEMS. The customer service via e-mail was usually pretty good. I even had some of the LEDs burn out and I got new bulbs. When they sent me the wrong bulbs, I let them know and they told me the harness had changed and sent me the new harness so I installed it.
However, that was before and now I'm having a world of hurt getting anything done. I ordered some fog lights and they didn't work. I was able to get in touch and get the UPS shipping label via e-mail. So far so good. Well, I got an e-mail 2 and a half weeks ago stating my item would ship and it still hasn't shipped. I've sent 2 e-mails and received no answer and just sent a third one. I don't know what's up with them. With all the business I've given them in the past, I'm VERY disappointed. Just give me my money back and I will go buy the item elsewhere.
