I too...usually like to see an explaination (of sorts ) and a resolution . I have seen your side w/ verifiable proof . Not looking good for Tom.......but I would like to see a response . I have dealt with him a few times w/ no issues and good service . Sorry for your troubles.....hope they make it right and save some customers in the balance . Good luck , Mike.

Well, if it takes this type of public outcry to do what's right, I'm not sure the basics of Customer Service are imbedded in their business philosophy.

Can't imagine any Vendor risking all the fallout for a lousy fifty bucks.

And I have as well. I bought my B&G from them right before the GB and he went ahead and gave me a credit.

So based on that experience, I didn't think this time would be an issue

Sorry this type of service was given to you. I would hope that they would stop by and explain what is going on and make it right by you.

Thank you to the few that e-mailed us to check out the thread. I really don't feel a need to reply to most of the posts here. Most are opinions that don't really belong here.

rjkusse: I have to point out that I didn't talk to you. I was on vacation in AZ for about a week trying to forget anything that goes on back "home". When I returned, Carol mentioned that someone wanted to get in on the GP a few days after it closed. I missed the part about the order being placed and you having a copy of the screen that came up at the end (good idea saving that!). We get alot of people that try to join in a few days or a week after everything is ordered so we can't add more then. So... I gave the usual answer that was "no, we can't do it" reply. If I would have known that you had ordered and was actually able to show that you did or, if that had actually sank in when it was told to me I would have said we could take care of it for you. We can do that if you would like to proceed with this order.

Sorry for any inconvience,
Tom

Thanks Tom for the clarification.
I was sure that this was a misunderstanding.
