*cough* am I the only one who realizes that "if the thread originator had already made a purchase of the same order at a better price from another supporting vendor--why are you still upset?". I mean honestly, I appreciate knowing about bad and good experiences with vendors but it appears that you weren't looking for a resolution rather than a forum to voice your displeasure. I don't know one company that runs at 100% efficiency without dropping the ball every once in a while. Hell, I was employed with the US Armed Forces and you can click on any channel and see them dropping the ball lol Tom may have come in at the last minute and didn't take heed to what Carol was telling him until this was posted--that's a foul on him. He offerred to correct the mistake but the member had already made the purchase else where. The only thing I could see Tom doing was to offer him; a 10% or so discount, free shipping or something on his next purchase order, considering the customer had to shop for the item and purchase else where. If Tom had asked for my number I would have loved to speak to an OWNER of a company and give them feedback as to my position.

With that said, a conclusion has been made--whether or not the solution was good for both parties, the deal is over with and done. We can all read through the thread and make our decisions on whether or not to do business with this vendor. Honestly how many people complaining and knocking this vendor have ever made a purchase from them??? I have yet to see one person respond "I had the same or similiar bad experience". So far it's just people on the sideline drinking beer with rocks nearby and see a perfectly built glass house. That's just my .02. No, I have not done business with this vendor as of yet but this thread with the good and bad will guide my decision.

In the words of ..well..ya' know "Can we all just get along?"

....And with that, we'll declare this case closed.

If there are any new developments on the part of either INVOLVED party, I will be happy to re-open for closing comments.
