Won't make that mistake again (moved)

Tbyrne lost my order and now they won't honor my Hotchkis GP prices (I bought KW V2 in the same order). I even gave them a copy of my order. No deal.

They lost all my future business. Just thought you should know.

Nope. Saved off a copy of the order after I sent it in and no go. I don't need that kind of hassle when there are other supporting vendors on this great forum that I would love give my money to.

Did you contact tbyrne himself, or did you just talk to someone on the phone? He always seemed like a good vendor on here.

They probably had a surplus of buyers and sold your allocation/slot to someone else, and then ran out of stock. Not a very nice or honorable way of doing business.

Here's what I got back when I placed the order and sent it back to them today. Notice the order date at the top.

What's the deal with vendors dropping the ball with their business here??? Aren't they supposed to be "supporting" vendors? I'm dealing with someone who made a deal with me, I paid on the agreed deal and then there was a problem with the price on their end (wanted more money; forgot to add paint but the deal was done and paid). PM's back and forth and this seller honored his original word and my "product" is on its way . I promised him I would share my new mod with pics and a write-up and about the way he honored his word with me on our deal! He did business the RIGHT way and I'm gonna let people know about it!!!
