Those looks really good, how long did it take you to receive them?

I didn't really have anything bad happen either. It's just that took a little long to get them. Totally worth it though!! and I did the core exchange too.

I would buy them but their service isn't that great, but at least I got my situation resolved after 3 long months.

I want a set for my SRT8 but I was thinking of getting an extra set of HIDs for it but it just costs a bit more than I would want to pay tho I might later on.

Well I’m glad that some of you guys enjoyed doing business with AAC but my experience with them was completely different.

First time it took them 40 + days to deliver me the halos.

Second time (a spare large ring that I broke and fog lights) it took them exactly 34 days to send the package (paid May 25th - sent June 29th).

But that’s not all: Instead of sending the shipment with FedEx or UPS (as agreed) they have sent it by USPS. It takes FedEx and UPS 3 days to deliver packages to Serbia, and USPS does it in 20-30 days, plus I cannot control the customs procedure as it is done by Serbian postal service without me being present (and who knows what they’ll do).
The main issue is that the package will arrive when I’m on my vacation and out of the country so no one else can pick it up for (USPS requires personal delivery with ID and everything) and it will probably be returned to sender.

Just to clarify - I paid for express courier service not for regular mail shipping.

On the other hand, I didn't do any business with Jason, but with Richard who is in charge with international orders (unfortunately I must add).

Conclusion: I like the product very much, but don’t like the service at all. It is by far the worst customer service I have experienced so far with US based aftermarket parts suppliers.
