hate to hear that.. ive read alot of complaints about AAC lately, especially about non-working halos. Isnt it time the mods stood up and made these "supporting vendors" support their customers? If they cant do any better than this, they should get the f out IMO.

In a perfect world, yes. In this world...HAHAHA..Not going to happen.

It's up to us - the wee little ppl - to express our dissatisfaction in a product or service and hope other ppl are listening. I for one am listening and will never grace my car with AAC halos.

I sent them my headlights off of my SRT8 300C to have them disassembled, painted, halos installed and they were supposed to do a inner/outer cleaning of the lens (paid extra for this). I was told that it would take no longer than 2-3 days and the lights would be on the way back to me.

Well,.....After 3 phone calls and 2 1/2 weeks later my headlights finally made it back to me. When I opened the box, the outside of the lens still had bugs and other dirt on them from when I sent them. Then I noticed that there was finger prints on the inside of the lens. The sealant that was used to reseal the lights was all over the place and I had to take a knife and trim it so that it didn't look like sh1t!! Then I finally got the lights on the car and hooked up and now after only using them maybe 5-7 times (car stayes parked in garage most of the time) they don't work at all!!!

So now I have dirty headlights with white rings in them that don't light up and cost a ton of money for crappy product!! I just think that AAC needs to think about how they are doing things, especially from someone within an hour of them and within this large 300 community!!

Blake

Sorry to hear about this, that really SUX

This is the thread that FINALIZED my decision not to buy from AAC

SAD

Hey, if your halos are out you may want to check your parking light fuse. I am not sure what job this is (dont believe you ever spoke to me personally) so I cant comment on the bugs that were supposed to be cleaned off the lenses. Can you call us tomorrow so we can get this taken care of for you?

We are never going to leave a customer hanging, I didnt see this thread so I apologize for not responding sooner. Next time please just call me on my direct line (504)835-0055 or email me justin@aacstyle.com for a much faster response

Now that both parties have weighed in, please withhold any further posts by uninvolved parties.
Let the principals work it out together and report back their final resolution.

Thank you-
