My experience with UAS has been a phenomenal one from the start, and as the months have passed since having purchased/installed/used the product, Zack and the crew at Universal have continued to up their level of service. Just when you think they've gone the extra step, they continue to impress.
Having air ride has been a great experience from the start. The purchase was straight forward without problems, they shipped quickly, and have customer install support beyond that of many other companies that I've dealt with. You can reference my install thread at:

This was the first time I've ever dealt with air ride, and I'm happy to say that everything went flawlessly with the install. I wanted to throw this thread out there as more of an update considering most companies fall short with continuing customer service after the purchase is made. Zack has helped me out on two separate occasions without doubting me or my troubleshooting abilities. He simply asked the proper questions to narrow down the possibilities of what may be causing a leak/problem with the system, and got me back up and running within a day. There was never a question about shipping, and always a follow-up call/e-mail/PM to ensure that I was back on track.
Thanks again to Zack and UAS for putting out a great product, but more importantly, really looking out for their customers in every way possible. I have some serious respect for the way they've chosen to run their business. Thanks again for all of your help!
