I have to say based on my experience you guys are pretty lucky with HHP. I ordered and paid for a simple power steering cover and cap over nearly 6 weeks ago and it hasn't even been shipped yet. My emails are answered but Jason just blames the problem on Josh. I'm so sick of it I'm just going through my credit card company to get a refund.

I have the same situation as Seoul-roller, it's been over 6 weeks that I ordered a AFE stage II and a sun shield from HHP and I've called 6 times from Japan (theirs at least $30 in calls) to find out status of my order (this is to an Military FPO address in the states) and everytime I was told that I would get and email telling me the status in which I haven't received a single email telling me anything. I have also sent two emails asking about the status and no reply from anyone (When I called after sending the email I was told that HHP was doing something with the email system and they missed seeing my emails). Well the last time I called last week, Josh or Jason said that it was long enough and I should have my package and that he was going to file a missing package claim and send me another package with my items and that he will send me an email... Well, as you can guest I haven't recieved any emails letting me know what is going on... It's a shame that I'm treated this way with my first big MOD order because if things worked out I would have liked to order other items from their store but because of this experence I will have to look for other stores that I can rely on to keep me updated and do what they say they are going to do...
It's a shame that BT (Heidi) compliments them, because BT has worked with me and provided me with great service, even when I had a problem with their order, Heidi took care of it right away and I have the missing items and the correct item. I' will continue to buy things from BT (Heidi).
I will come back to this REPLY in another week and let you what has or hasn't been resolved or how HHP has handled things after another week.
Well, Josh did get back to me and sincerely apologized and gave me the tracking numbers of the items I ordered. He gave me some credit towards my next buy and said that he had some internal problems going on that he has resolved. So once my items do arrive, I'll try another purchase...

I would hope for HHP's sake the things I have heard aren't true!

Charging people for Diablos a month before they ship??

Sending bogus DHL slips to people to make it seem like the product shipped??

Someone from HHP needs to come on here and clear this up for sure. These are some pretty strong acusations and would make me not do business with them if they were true.
