Personally, as a member, I have had very good service from Wyckoff getting items for my car. You didn't. The same can be said about just about every vendor here. None of them, or us, as individuals are perfect. We all screw up from time to time. It is just a matter of how often.

The forum's policy with vendors is a completely separate issue. If you have some constructive suggestions about this subject, please start another thread just on that issue.

You have a complaint about the vendor and have stated it. Let's leave it at that.
I don't believe in the self monitoring system as you're really just giving the forum an excuse to support a bad vendor. Second I know everyone screws up time to time. My problem is not that they're not perfect, no one is. However how a company deals with its mistakes is what makes for good or bad customer service. This guy clearly doesn't give a crap about if he thinks his service is good or bad. Northern Rider you've been one of the more reasonable members I've noticed on the forum however I think you're totally out to left field on this one.

What ticks me off is not that they screwed up royally however the fact is the guy knows, doesn't care, doesn't move any faster and doesn't even apologize for all the mistakes he is making.

Yeah great system

I used Eastway Chrysler in Scarborough. Great service! Very Mod friendly!!
Give em a try.

As for your attitude, I think you started off on the wrong foot when you referred to this "club" as a joke. A "club" is nothing without it's members. And by you calling this club a joke, you are taking a shot at everyone who belongs, posts and helps others here. That's all. I think you can understand how members might take what you've said a little personally.

I can see your very frustrated about your situation, and I don't blame you. But you might want to save your venom from the members who are taking the time and posting on your thread trying to help you out.

Just my 2 cents.

I understand where you're coming from. However if the club thinks that its alright to have supporting vendors rip people off and its just buyer beware, that is a joke. I've already gotten multiple PM's from people saying they apologize for the general demeanor of how I shouldn't be so loaded with venom over this and chalk it up to a bad vendor and move on.

Its almost more frustrating realizing that the club knows this is a bad vendor who seems to be doing this on a basis that you couldn't call infrequent, and the general attitude is "well if you don't like em don't use em, but we'll still take his money and support him". I know this is a decision made by very few members who gets to be a vendor or not, however its surprising to see how many people defend a bad vendor for the sake of defending club policy.

Brandon, you have crossed way over the line from a complaint or a review about a vendor to an attack on this forum, its members and its policies.

Your comments are repetitive and completely off topic in this sub-forum. I have already warned you about this, and advised you to start a new thread if you want to express your views about forum vendor policy.

You have stated your experience and your opinion about your experience with a vendor (many times). The purpose of your thread has served you well.

To avoid anyone branding you as a troll, I will close this thread now.
