wyckoffchrysler possible worst service I've ever had

So I ordered some GTS covers for my front lights Aug 8th. Yes thats not a typo it was Aug 8th. I get the confirmation. I wait about a week. Don't hear anything back. I e-mail them Don't get a reply until the 23rd saying its going to ship UPS shortly.

This after I already called before I placed the order to explain I want USPS so I don't pay extra fee's and I even put it in the notes of the order. I get a reply saying no problem i'll make the change to the order which means its the end of Aug and they haven't even shipped it. Then I am getting pissed so I call today asking whats going on and they say "ohh ya we just got that back from UPS so we'll ship probably today"

So its been a month they've already charged my credit card and I've gotten no product and I probably could have setup a mold and made the product myself by now.

I guess I know why Chrysler is slowly going under with this type of service.

Just dispute the charge on your credit card. But the covers elsewhere. Surely you can find them elsewhere. Screw them and go elsewhere.

I don't even know with this type of service you guys consider them a supporting vendor ??

If this is the case this club is a joke too. I called him and told him if he can't send the ****ing thing just refund me all my money and he said "alright no problem" and I say when is it going to be done his reply " i dunno whatever I get around to it"

Great ****ing service. Him and this club is a joke. I usually go to club sponsors because they're suppose to give good service or at least acceptable level. This is beyond pitiful

Poor customer service seems to be an ongoing problem with this vendor, and goes back a long time. From what you're saying nothing has changed.

Here's just one example - ***Bad experience with Wyckoff Chrysler***.

yeah I'm waiting for someone to say I just got punked or something.

These guys shouldn't be a supporting vendor if this is how they treat their customers

I've had bad service from them as well. I ordered the same covers and obviously they had to order them from someone else, get them in and then ship them out because it took over a month. Also, everything in my order was shipped seperately. I think this club is still awesome but maybe we should review who we accept as sponsors rather than just take their money.

I just thought I'd add that if your referring the "the club" as this site, it in no way reflects the owner is protecting supporting vendors. That's what this particular forum is for, to voice concerns and experiences so we all may learn who to business with and who to avoid. This site has dropped vendors in the past who have had poor relations here and I"m sure nothing's changed.

well it looks like this one has had bad service for a while. I run a celica club and a bad vendor does reflect on the club because the club is supporting a vendor who is known to rip people off.

I understand this specific section of the forum is in place to try a mitigate these type of thing from happening but when you come to a forum and there is a whole section/forum devoted to a vendor it would be generally assumed the forum/club wouldn't be supporting someone who is known to basically be into ripping people off.
