Problems with wyckoffchrysler.com (moved)

I try to order from wyckoffchrysler.com few parts for my 300c and asked them to ship it to uk. About 1 month ago i've asked how much to ship it to uk to be told that it will cost 100 USD. I said fair enough but i had to check if my car was compatible with the factory uconnect mirror first before placing my order. About 1 week ago after been to my dealer and seen that i can activate the HFM on my car, I decided to go ahead and place the order. Same stuff like in the fist enquire and now to be told that is 360 USD for the same delivery. Now they bring a excuse saying that in the first order they thought i'm not going for the dvd player since is a USA region (nothing in the email from them in first place that the 100 USD for deliver EXCLUDED my DVD player from the order).
I said fair enough and i decided to go ahead. Since 25th april i've asked them to go ahead with the order (with 360 USD for delivery). Nothing happened. I have to keep ask them to go ahead. Finally on the 28th Jeff from wyckoffchrysler.com sent me a payment request for the delivery saying that once is paid they will send next day the order out(" as soon as I receive this payment I can send this order out the next day." . I paid MINUTES after the order been placed. On 29 i've asked what happened with it. No answer back. Today i've asked again what is happening and to get back that "We are working on it. Please be patient and you will receive your order. Emailing us 2-3 times a day is not going to make it any faster. If anything, it
may slow us down.". This is been the worse company i ever dealt with in my life. 2 emails from me are to big task that slow them down. I asked them to cancel all together my order and placed a paypal complain. They don't deserve my business.

Some updates (4th Nov):
On 2nd of Oct they told me "The order shipped on 10-1-2007" and gave me 2 tracking numbers.
Checked them on UPS site and the status is always " Billing Information Received" with the date:10-2-2007!?!? . Called UPS today (4th nov) to see why not moving from USA to be told that they don't have the packages, and they ONLY have the billing details from wyckoffchrysler.com .
So again been bloody lied by this bastards .

Sorry to hear about your experiences with this vendor. Let's just say the list of complaints is growing with no resolve that I've seen. Here's a recent thread - wyckoffchrysler possible worst service I've ever had, but there are several others.

This post would have been better suited to be in the Vendor Review forum. Good luck!

i cant believe this company... really bad luck with them.. months ago i orderd mopar cold air they took my order and after 10 days i was expecting the shipment to arrive ... then nothing and then i emaild to ask no reply then the next email no reply then a week later out of no where they email me saying this is international order and they need more info on this credit card &*^^&*^^*(&^(*&^&*((....they wasted 3-4 weeks to tell me this i told them to cancel the order then i ordered from mopar supercenter it was in my house in 1 week.....

about your shipping $360 is just toooooo much thats what i paid for catback shipping to kuwait you other option is to open an account in ARAMEX UK they are shipping company they will give you a mail box in the USA....so all you have to do is order parts then just use your mailbox and they will bring it to your house....here is the website Shop&Ship

$360 for shipping is absurd. That would be like paying $25.00 to send a standard 1st class letter, they're just making up figures and hoping you bite. I had one favorable experience with them but after reading this and other threads recently, I will never order from them again. HR

It is!
They need to ship USPS , About 1/2 to 1/3 form what ups and fedex charges.
I told in a Tbyrne thread to do this for the Austrailian members and it dropped from $260 to $110.

$360 for shipping!? I ordered a front lip spoiler from VIP300 in the summer and it was shipped next day delivery from Taiwan for less than $120! I'm really sorry to hear about your problem with this vendor but it's obvious that this vendor is ripping off buyers outside of the US. I was planning on ordering a srt spoiler and after reading this post I will take my business somewhere else. Hope everything works out for you at the end and maybe it's time for this vendor to smarten up or take a hike!
