BT - I sent them an e-mail this morning myself. I just wanted to make sure the Canadian orders were also being sent, and to see if there is any tracking numbers on these ones. So far no response. The last e-mail I sent them was on July 23rd, and they responded August 21st. 4+ weeks turn around time on their e-mails....wish I had a job like that.
Anyway, they are probably just busy sending everyone else their tuners and don't have time to answer the e-mails. I'm betting I get my tuner before I get the answer
I spoke with Josh and Rebbecca both yesterday. I received my diablo this morning. Just keep trying i am sure they are just swamped.

You got to remember that everyone is most likely hitting them up and pounding them for their orders... look how many vendors are trying to get them now...
Yea, I know, but I was told that I was top 200 and still haven't received a tracking number and people that purchased over a week later have gotten theirs today...
I just want answers, and when no one is around to give you an answer, then you grow concerned. If I wait a month to hear back, they will never get my business or anyone in our clubs again... not a threat, just reality.
