I am so confused about this whole thing. (Some members not getting their grill)
I ordered a TZ grill, I had excellent communication with TZ office, received Grill in 13 days.
This was the first time I dealt with TZ and had no problems.
Too many orders to keep up making grills?
I am not defending TZ just letting you know my experience ordering from him.
Good luck and I hope you will receive your grill soon
Gary

At the time of the Bro´Deal he seems to get everything right. He was fast responding and kept everyone updated... As soon as he declared that my MO had arrived, communication was gone! More than eight f+in weeks! I don´t know what his problem is...

Ah, and congratz on that great looking grille

Christian,
I sense your frustration over this whole thing. Maybe you should just consider it a wash and tell your bank to stop payment on the check to tommy z and direct them to put the already deducted cash they removed back into your account. What is so difficult about that? In this day of international electronic banking, your bank like any other has quick and easy access to see if that check has been cashed.

At this point, the problem seems to be with your bank more than not receiving a grille from tz. A stop payment might cost you some money but should be worth it to you to just end this whole thing and dragging out what appears to be a situation that is not going anywhere.

IMO, your bank is holding your money hostage, money you could now be putting toward the Grip grille you would now like to purchase.

Peace to you and tommy z.

bruno

Hey bruno!

I already have a grip-grille but nice idea

You may be right. My money´s taken hostage by my bank. I already gave them the order to get the money back to my account. They´re still checking if the MO has been cashed. I don´t know why this is taking so long

Peace back, bro

So Christian, I say you and tommy z just shake hands and walk away the better men for this. He truly is a great designer, means well, has created beautiful originals parts for many on this forum and others, and has even admitted he isn't the best businessman.

Tommy might take a long time to get things done, make some timely promises he probably shouldnt, but, his craftsmanship is first class and to my knowledge, he has not stiffed anyone.

Get after your bank and demand the money transfer. There is no excuse for their lack of action. My bro-in-law is in the international banking business and said your are being strung along by them.

I would like to recommend that you think about asking the mods/admins. to close this thread if you think it has pretty much played itself out.

Enjoy that Grip grille!

bruno

So, my bank responded this week...

The MO wasn´t cashed and i had to pay another 25 USD to cancel the check.

I will not apologize to Tommy! I always complained, that i did not know what is going on with my money... Tommy took my MO and did not respond to any of my mails! This is soooo not the way to do business. I wouldn´t say anything bad about his products. But when it comes to customer trading i can say he sucks (by experience).

I will not ask to close this thread. There´s some other s... going on with him on another forum. I suggested the members to post in here.

And now i wish everyone out there (Tommy too) Merry Christmas and some heartwarming moments within your beloved...

And thank you Tommy for not being a thief... (just a liar and not-responder)
