Well, I don't no where to start. First of all the service adviser had attitude, I don't know if i should mention any names? any way i brought my 300C in for some warranty issues and 38,000km service. 1)I explain too him that my head lights are not aimed properly (HID's) left side was 4 to 5 inches higher then the right side and every one was flashing me.... 2) The rain sensing wipers sensitivity was not working right (there is a TSB for that) 3) Trans oil leak that i have been trying to get fixed since December (Making a mess of the driveway). 4) Pull to the right....
They had the car the hole day and all they did was a 4 wheel alignment that I had to pay for. They ordered seals for the trans leak and told me there was nothing wrong with the head lights, "its normal" ( I had to have them adjusted at my work, a ford dealership with proper equipment) they were way out!!!!
They said the wipers work OK. Even though there was a TSB for the exact problem I'm having. It's a software issue.
I Asked if they checked the tranny fluid level before I take the car because it was leaking, his response was they should of???
OK, so i make an appointment for 2 weeks later and requested a service loaner, so I can bring back my car for the third time for this trans leak! and they said I will get a loaner car.
I take the day off work to bring the car back to the shop and have to deal with the same idiot service writer as before, so I tried to explain the wiper problem again and asked if they are aware of the TSB? He gave me a snobby look and said there was none, so i offered him the TSB number and asked him to go print it so he can read it. He said he didn't have time for that with his attitude again. Then I asked if there was the loaner car for me and he said there was no car reserved for me. By that point I was mad and wanted to speak to the manager!! I went into his office and explained the crappy attitude i was receiving from the service adviser and he took the advisers side and told me "if I don't like the service here take it somewhere else"!!!! So I am!!!
I work at a ford dealer and we never treat our customers like that! We always say the customers are always right! I'm contacting DC customer service And the owner of the dealer ship. They haven't hear the end of me!!! I can't believe he actually said that to me "Take it somewhere else"
Not to mention how I was treated when I wanted to trade in my 300C for the SRT8!! They would not let me test drive one! They came up with every excuse!
