#11 Fuse

Hey guys, I've reada alot lately about pulling the #11 fuse from the fuse box to reset my computer. What does this actually do, how long should i leave it out for, and what should i do after, I have heard so many things don't know who's who. Put in Air-Raid Cone filter and notice throttle response lacks at time, so this was supposed to be a solution. Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

It simply pulls the power from the PCM. One tech over on LX said pull it for at least 15 seconds and re install....

Hey there croboyz...there is another solution that may help you in the case of a new filter, and getting the computer to adjust to it faster. You can use the gas pedal to reset it. Here's how:

Sit in car, and close door

Turn key to On (but do not start the car)

Wait for all dashboard lights to go out (except the seatbelt light) then slowly but deliberately, push the gas pedal to the floor, and with the same speed, release it back up. When I do it, it takes me about 1.5 to 2 seconds to go from starting to push, until I hit the floor with the pedal, and of course, about the same amount of time on the release.

Turn the key Off

I wait 15 seconds before I start the car now, but I don't think you have to.

Start the car, and you should be good.

Give it a try, and it's easier to do than pulling fuses.
