Coming to Canada from Europe to buy my 300c

I have a question.

Ive been living in Croatia for 10 years now and i would like to come to come back to Canada to buy my 300c? Because i was born in Croatia imy parents didnt want to get me Canadian citizenship, but my sister was born there so so she has Canadian citizenship. The law in Croatia says if you have a foreign citizenship u can have a car with foreign licence plates. So i would like to know if I can come to Canada and buy my 300c but put it on my sister so she is the owner or does she have to come to Canada to???????

I believe your sister will have to be here. You'll also need a local driver's license and address. Why would you want Canadian plates in Croatia?

because a 2005 300 in Croatia costs around $60 000, and I can get 300co in Canada for $15000
