I built an adaptor for my 2004 Durango with the REC. I interupted the sirius input. It will only work though if you have the sirius tuner and subscreibe to Sirius. The tuner communicates over the CAN buss and the redio will not accept a signal from the Sirius or rear seat dvd unless they are physically there. There are NO aftermarket solutions. John W post above is right. The radio is made by Alpine and they are making a kick Ass ipod adaptor for there stuff. I am going to call them and see if I can get some enthusimum for them to make one for the REC system. Anyone else interested lets all get together and bug them. Unless they of Chrysler decide to make the product we are out of luck.

I emailed these guys and they said:

For 2005 Chrysler 300c, you'll need to ship us the head unit for extra
modification and then just purchase our Navigation Video Switcher and
plug it in.

This will involve hardware mod. And it will void the manufacture
warranty. We need it 1 day here for the mod and final test.
I think I am going to wait for a clean solution. I want to do two mods at the same time. I want an IPOD "adapter" like the I-Cruze (http://www.monstercable.com/iCruze/default.asp) and to be able to display the DVD video from the system in the back seats. (Head rests and external DVD under the driver seat.)
