Plug and play sub and amp?

What are your opinions on a plug and play system? Sub enclosure would be painted to the color of the vehicle and there would be instructions to connecting the amp to the vehicle.

Looks like a very clean set-up & it reserves a fair bit of the trunk for other use--that's important for a daily driver. Having said that, of course sound is everything. Who makes the amp and the sub?

I also saw your "nav-replacement computer" set-up in a different post. You do good things! I could be interested in both... Detail available?

We're using Image Dynamics 12" sub sealed enclosure with an Arc audio amp. Would you guys prefer the sub and amps mounted on the sides of the trunk similar to the Kicker system or have both options? Thanks for any feedback, bad or good.

The trunk has 28 1/ 8" of room front to back. The trunk will hold a babies stroller no, problem. As for the sound this thing beats like nobodies business. All I have added is the sub to the BA system and what a difference it made.

I showed it at the Hooters meet yesterday and everyone said they couldn't believe how much room was in the trunk.

Do you have pics of the side mount install?

I could not find that Image Dynamics make enclosures. All I could find were the subs themselves. Need more info on model numbers and specifications on the individual components in your setups?

Where do you find the costs on your setups?

Thanx,
Gary

Gary

I had the enclosure made specific to the 300. To give me the most amount of room and be finished like a custom show car piece. That's why it's color matched to my car. When you open the trunk it really looks like it's builtt in, not just a box sitting in the trunk. send me a pm.

Yes, deff for me the side mount.
I want the factory look with a sub and without the big box in the trunk.
