Speed sensitive sound

I've had numerous cars over the last several years and many had speed sesitive sound. The faster you go the louder the radio got. To allow you to hear the radio at high speeds and tone it down at a stop light. Do our factory Nav units have this feature?

I don't believe the Nav/radio has this feature. I rented a Pontiac GP a while back that had this feature, and personally I found it clumsy and annoying to listen to. It seems easier to just nudge the steering wheel control up and down a bit instead of the car sensing when it thinks you need more or less volume.
