Searching for 2006 Chrysler 300 VSS wire

First of all, new to this forum and hope you guys can help. I am installing a Pioneer AVIC D2 in a 2006 300 with the 3.7L engine. Everything going good until I get to the VSS wire. Everywhere I look says to catch it at the PCM on the 1st plug from the left on the Green/Brown wire first. On this particular car, there are only 3 plugs and what looks like there might be an option for a 4th on the very left, but is not there. So, I figure let's try for the 2 wire harness at the back of the tranny with the same wire color. Not there either. If there's anyone that can help me, please let me know ASAP as the customer is out there on just the GPS antenna that ain't that fast at picking up it's whereabouts.

Thanks

anyone?

im having the same trouble on my touring. I know about the PAC harness and all that...but i have been told that i dont need the PAC harness because i only have the low grade 4 speaker, non amplified system. And that since i dont have EVIC, there is no CAN BUS...

The install went fine and the $15 harness works great...i have the VSS wire ran through the fire wall....but just have no idea where to connect it just as silverfox mentioned.....

someone please help me....

there is no VSS (vehicle speed sensor) it is CANBUS controlled thru the CCN

go to LXForums and search, they have better technical people and have tons of topics on this
