Well Fear I’m very pleased to read you’ve finally joined the ranks of the LX crowd! Congrats! And have two dealerships fighting over you…..how sweet is that!!

As for the Sirius, you can have it installed. I had mine installed on my previous 5.7. It cost $450 and when they’re done you can’t tell it was an add on. I was very pleased with the dealer install. (they installed the roof antenna)

Good luck and be sure to tell us how you like your new car!

hmmm
$450.00 to install Sirius...
and $9.95 per month...

you are up $4,000 right now without installing Sirius...
after you install Sirius...
at $9.95 per month and $450.00 for the unit...
you can listen to it till:
the year 2035
that's if there is no price increases between now and then...

Good luck with your new ride!

Also consider that Sirius is a $195 option Orig. Equip., so your diff. to install afterward is only $450 +9.95*12 -195 (1 yr "free" service). I'd save the money and install aftermarket. They will have to be careful due to the side air bags which come with Prot. Grp II.
