Stock Sterio is not going to cut it.

I am going to pick up a new 300C in the next month or so (I may wait for the 07s) and basiclly I need it to have DVD, Nav, Hard disc storage for music/movies as well as a hard disc for Nav, Screens for the back seat (probably headrest), 2 10" subs with custom enclosure for the trunk, upgraded mids and highs front and back, Amps to run the mid/highs and an amp to run the subs. Dynamat where ever it will fit, Aux input via hardmounted A/V RCAs. Bluetooth handsfree cellphone kit built in.

I was thinking of going with a Pioneer AVIC Z1 because it seems to take care of many of the requirements of Nav and the hard drives as well as the voice recognition and bluetooth. Though any other decks that will do many of the same features may be out there I cant seem to find one.

It has been about 10 years since I have built a system like this so im not sure whats out there for speekers and amps and such and no idea what I should pay. There seems to be price ranges on the subs alone from 50 bucks to 500 bucks each. Any help would be great.

Honestly, I'd say do some surfin' around the audio forum to get an idea of what folks are using.

As far as prices go... that can vary depending on where you buy your stuff and who you let put it in (or if you install it yourself....)

Overall, I've found eBay as a good source of where to buy equipment from... generally I find really good prices out there, and then I have my own trusted installer put everything in for me. But honestly, as far as car stereo goes, the sky is the limit... if you "got it" like that.
