pioneer avic-d3

is this unit a 1 cd drive unit or does anyone know if can hold up to 6 cd's like the factory unit in my 300 already

1 disc unit....meaning it does not have a seperate drive for the nav. If you do not plan to connect your ipod to this unit, I would suggest you invest in a disc changer. The only reason I'm using CD's now is because I don't want to buy the mopar ipod connection kit for my factory unit. I'm going to wait for the D3. I have a 30gb video ipod so I'll just load all my music on my ipod and go.

anyone here have the avic z1 installed? any problems? did you find a good bezel?

I have it and love it, Im still working on finishing my bezel though. I just used the stock bezel and slightly modified it






A little shaving on top and bottom of bezel made for a good fit, then added some plastic to the semi circles. Soon I will do like Luke and finish with a little filler, sand and repaint

can you just replace the whole bezal with another bezal that is from a 300c with navi? so you do not have the half moons on each side? thanks

You can, but you will have to get a dash install kit that IMO dont look as good (not bashing on those of you who have done so), when mine is finished it will look factory
