i have an alpine

IVA-D300....some of the newer models are coming out with some motion sensors for when you are in motion, it will not play DVD. Mine was one of the last ones from Alpine to not have that technology. I love mine, but the new IVA-D310 is about the same price, and you have controls on the outside when the monitor is closed...as the IVA-300 does not, kinda sucks, so i got a remote...they are both right around 1000$.
also there was one that just came out...i want to say Pioneer that was posted on the forums. It does EVERYTHING and it was about the same price.

i've been looking at these for about a year. they've gone way down in price.
JENSEN VM9311TS <br>7" Touch Screen Multimedia Display w/ CD/WMA/MP3/DVD Player
jensen makes them for someone else, audiovox i think. its either audiovox or kenwood. exact same unit with a diffrent name on it.
its a touch screen. no TV tuner, but its got a DVD player and AM/FM. good price if you're ballin' on a budget.

this website recently had almost the same unit, but not a touch screen for about 50$ less. seems they've removed it.

its not an alpine, its not a pioneer AVIC-N2, but it'll still impress the ladies.

Paid approx 1900.00 or 2000.00 and am looking to get 1200.00 out of it. Its approx. 10 months old and in perfect shape. Anybody interested E-mail me at espop125@comcast.net and I will send Pics and give more details. Thanks Eric

Hey Chrome,
If you have Naviagtion Radio just get the NAV2GO installed with a slim DVD player and you can watch through your factory radio. Cost cheaper than a new system.

two good options ive had here.. i had the panasonic wih everything that run me $600 from etronics and recently i traded it for a 7" Dual indash. works great, all the features i needed, plus i got a lifetime warranty from best buy. Touch screen, wma, mp3, dvd, all that. the only thing is unlike my panasonic where i just grounded out the brake wire, on this one you have to pump the brake to make it work (so you supposedly cant override it.) so i just ran a switch under the dash.. flip it twice.. your watchin movies. honestly, out of the three ive had, (pioneer- the real expensive one with everything, panasonic-everything but tv, and this one) this one is by far my favorite. cheap, no problems out of it, good looks, easy screens, ipod hookup, nice display, shoulda bought this one in the first place. $495 new at best buy i believe. cheaper on ebay but no warranty.
